As CEO of Intellaplay, Joel Friedman uses his extensive history in real estate management and accounting acumen to effectively streamline the financial end of the agency, strategize its growth and upgrade operations.

The owner of real estate investment and management company JRAH, public accounting firm J Friedman & Co, as well as nursing home financial services Summit Care, Joel leads Intelliplay’s backend so that clients benefit from the comprehensive ABA servicing without unnecessary bureaucratic issues.

Joel earned his BA while graduating summa cum laude and received his MS in accounting at Fairleigh Dickinson University with a 3.97 GPA. He has been a keynote speaker at various business and accounting events, including the NJ Society Continuation CPA Societies.

Michael Dubuque

Micheal Dubuque is Intellaplay’s lead BCBA. Experienced in residential, school, clinic and home settings, Michael has been working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities since 2011.

After gaining his Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018, Michael has been involved in leadership and managerial positions of various organizations, serving as Clinical and Program Director. He has helped develop logistics and train other clinicians, with a special emphasis on the ethical care of those on the spectrum.

Michael lives in Windsor, MA with his wife and three beautiful children. On the weekends, he devotes time to playing music.
